Form Solutions for Schools

If you are trying to cut down on the amount of paper you use to track internal processes and requests, then JotForm may be the answer to your problems!

Working with as many schools as we do, I tend to find patterns in things that schools ask for or need. One thing I commonly hear from administrators is a desire to leave all the paper behind regarding their internal processes.

Every school has documents that employees need to use: leave request forms, field trip request forms, purchase order requests, etc.

Schools are trying to cut down the amount of paper they use and have to track, and they also want to make it easier for their staff and faculty to fill out the forms.

If you're in this situation, this is where JotForm comes in and is ready to provide you with a lot of help and support. JotForm is a web app that allows you to build web forms (think Google forms), but it has quite a few more features that come with it.

JotForm allows you to take your online forms and place all the responses into a PDF. That way, you have digital documents that you can store, download and print out if necessary. When someone submits a form from their phone or device (a PO request form for example), the results and PDF get sent to whomever is responsible for approval.

That person can then approve or deny the request, and it informs the person who submitted the request about the results. JotForm even has add-ons to digitally sign a document, add the form content to a Google Sheet, integrate PayPal for online payments and so much more!

If you're looking to make your internal processes easier for everyone on all sides, this is something you should think about using. It costs less than $200 a year and could make life better for your faculty and staff. If you have questions or want some training on how to get started, don't hesitate to reach out!
