It’s that season-evaluations are in and staff changes are in the air. How to have those tough conversations? Have your school/district leaders sign-up to attend the Focused Conversations: Coaching, Consulting, Collaborating and Calibrating, Part I-a professional development session aimed at helping administrators coach and align their staffs to the needs. Part I of this two-day event will be held on March 31 from 8:30 am-4 pm at OPSRC in Oklahoma City. This workshop is facilitated by Dr. Lloyd Sain, a certified coach from Little Rock, Arkansas. On April 1 Focused Conversations: Coaching, Consulting, Collaborating and Calibrating, Part II
will be held. This workshop will delve deeper with the techniques and strategies, which were introduced previously. Some Oklahoma educators attended the Part I in October, therefore, it is a continuation of that workshop as well. To register click on the session names above or email carole.kelley@opsrc.net.
