October marks the time each year when we bring attention to bullying prevention: how to identify, prevent and report it. It's important to have a specific month designated as National Bullying Prevention month, but bullying has become so rampant in our schools that it's a good idea to keep resources handy to educate students year-round on this harmful and serious problem.

It never ceases to amaze me when I attend professional educational conferences or professional development sessions how the attire of some teachers and even administrators can be questionable at best. Yet everyone from the Oklahoma state superintendent down is working desperately to elevate the teaching profession’s credibility.
I don’t think it’s a secret that I love Google Apps and that we’re big users of their tools here at the OPSRC. Schools all over are buying into G Suite for Education because it’s effective for teachers and students but also because it provides incredible savings for districts.
