A Revenue Opportunity for Oklahoma Schools

During this time when schools are cutting valuable programs and positions just to stay afloat, it's important that we do all we can to find funding solutions that could offset--even if just a little--the budget crisis. With this in mind, OPSRC is excited to share with schools an opportunity to add revenue to your budgets. We have teamed up with Joe Dorman, community outreach director for True Wireless, to spread the word about their phone service offering for your families who qualify for the National School Lunch Program. Eligible families can receive a mobile phone through True Wireless, and increasing the number of families enrolled in the service will provide more financial aid to your school. The program also has the benefit of creating an avenue for more stable communication with parents that may have been previously absent or unreliable.
