Candidate will:
Create a flexible elementary or early childhood program and a class environment favorable to learning and personal growth
Establish effective rapport with students
Motivate students to develop skills, attitudes, and knowledge needed to provide a good foundation for elementary education in accordance with each student’s ability
Establish good relationships with parents and other staff members
Our salary schedule is consistent with OKC teacher salary. Compensation is based upon experience. Full teacher benefit package & Oklahoma Teacher Retirement is offered.
